Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at customerservice@espiritu.com with the order number in the subject line before returning any items by mail. Unidentified returns will be returned to sender without processing. Products are to be returned in original condition. We recommend wearing them indoors for a day or two just to make sure you’ve bought the right size. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached directly to the product or the product’s packaging for it will compromise its artistic integrity. Refunds must be accompanied by an original receipt. We will not process refunds without the original receipt. We ask that you please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before use, to ensure that the item is not damaged and therefore still eligible for return prior to wear. Please note that all sale items are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us. Once we get it you’ll be refunded almost immediately or a new pair will be sent out, depending on your desire.
