SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your purchase. Most orders are processed and out the door in the very same day we receive your order on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), but transit time can take up to 5 days, depending on your distance from Texas. For orders placed with expedited, 2nd day air shipping we use UPS, so transit time only applies to weekdays and we cannot ship to PO boxes. 2nd Day Air orders placed by 2pm MST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day (except for on holidays due to warehouse closure). Please contact us if you have any shipping questions at customerservice@espiritu.com. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.

International Orders (anywhere besides USA and Canada)

We offer free express shipping via DHL to Australia, the UK, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL

International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We do not offer free returns or exchanges, however, we can offer our UPS account discount to you if you'd like. Just email us at customerservice@espiritu.com

At Espiritu, of course we want you to be happy with your item. Therefore, we  give you the opportunity to return the item within 30 days of delivery date.

If your return or exchange is domestic (within the USA), please reach out to us at customerservice@espiritu.com so we can assist you.

The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition, which means that it is not used. Always attach the original packaging and any labels.

If you receive a defective or wrongly supplied product, please contact us as soon as possible. It must be done within 14 days for a wrongly supplied product, and within two months of a claim.

Normally it takes about two weeks after you have sent your return to us before receiving any reimbursement. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time required by federal law.

 

 

 

EXCEPTIONS

All sale items are final, this includes, but is not limited to, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Hispanic Heritage Month, End of Season Sale etc.

Discount codes such as 10% off when you subscribe to our website are excluded and can be returned or exchanged.

If the received item is defective or incorrect, an exchange or return can be issued at no cost to you.

SIZE & FIT

For huarache sizing we use whole numbers, so we recommend rounding down (i.e. if you’re a 9.5 get a 9).

Our leather and designs are made to stretch and mold around your feet to perfectly hug them for a snug fit.
